XR Unreal Engine Artist
We are looking for an XR Unreal Engine Artist to join Isocline Labs and help us build immersive real-time experiences for VR, AR, training simulations, and interactive 3D products. This role sits between 3D art, technical art, and Unreal Engine production. You will work on creating optimized environments, preparing 3D assets, setting up materials and lighting, building interactive scenes, and helping turn concepts into polished XR experiences.
The ideal candidate is not just a 3D artist and not just a developer. We are looking for someone who understands how to make real-time 3D experiences look good, run well, and feel usable inside Unreal Engine.
Real-Time 3D Art
You will create and prepare 3D assets, environments, materials, lighting, and visual setups for real-time XR experiences. The goal is to make scenes look professional while staying optimized for performance.
Unreal Engine Production
You will work inside Unreal Engine to build scenes, organize assets, set up interactions, create UI elements, adjust lighting, optimize performance, and prepare experiences for testing on XR devices.
XR Experience Building
You will help turn training concepts and technical ideas into immersive VR and AR experiences that users can interact with, learn from, and understand clearly.

What you'll do
Build and polish real-time 3D scenes inside Unreal Engine.
Prepare, import, organize, and optimize 3D assets.
Create materials, lighting setups, and environment layouts.
Help build VR/AR training simulations and interactive demos.
Work with Blueprints to support basic interactions and scene logic.
Test scenes on XR devices and improve usability and performance.
Collaborate with designers, developers, engineers, and 3D artists.
Turn early concepts into working prototypes and presentable demos.
Maintain clean project structure and organized Unreal Engine files.
